Many small reports become one file for the police
One small theft is hard for the police to act on. Several reports about the same person, from several businesses, can show a pattern. Socioculus will put those reports into one file.

These are reported losses, not a conviction.
Record kept of what was sent and why.
Every report, in date order
Each one shows the date, the business, what was taken and its value, with the footage and the signed statement.
A person confirms the match
A face match alone never joins two reports. A trained Socioculus person compares the pictures and confirms it is the same person. If they are not sure, the reports stay apart. Each decision is logged.
The businesses decide
The businesses that made the reports decide if the file goes to the police. We send only what an officer needs, and we keep a record of what we sent and why.
A file is not proof
Every file says what businesses reported. Only a court decides what someone did. Staff never see the money total next to anyone's face.
